The Red Bird is hiring a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and support the team during each shift.
Responsibilities
- Supervise employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing
- Support in food preparation and counter operations
- Train and assist team members
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Help ensure the smooth running of the restaurant during busy shifts
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Leadership Experience Preferred
- Mandatory Spanish
- Basic English required
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Responsible, punctual person with the ability to work in a team
