The Red Bird is hiring an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team in Vienna, VA.
We are looking for an experienced leader who performs well in a dynamic restaurant environment and who is committed to providing excellent customer service while supporting day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant
- Lead, train and motivate the team
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Assist with schedules, inventory, and staffing
- Train new employees and support team development
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Support the team during busy shifts
Requirements
- Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
- Mandatory Spanish
- Basic English required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, organized person with the ability to work in a team
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Reliable Transportation
