The Red Bird is hiring a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support our team during each shift.
Responsibilities
- Supervise employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support food preparation and front counter operations
- Train and assist team members
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Basic English required (Spanish is a plus)
Compensation
- $17/hour
